you can not touch physically anybody without their consent
you can not touch magically or technologically anybody without their consent
you can not touch emotionally anybody without truth
Constitution 4
you can not touch legally anybody who acts according to Constitution 1,2,3
Constitution 5
...and defends themselves from those who do not act according to Constitution 1,2,3 or 4.

you can not touch Constitution without consent of its supramakers and truth.

Clarifications:
  1. Touch means any form of contact. Physical, magical, technological, emotional, legal forms of contact encompass social and mail contact among others. Others include also work contact, play contact and reorder contact.
  2. God and Ethic are equally suprahierarchical toward everything.
  3. Touch means contact with the body and their belongings.
